Research has proved that nearly 15% of the couples trying their first pregnancy have to face failure. If after one year of unprotected intercourse, pregnancy is not achieved then the couples are concluded as infertile. Low sperm count and poor sperm quality are considered the factors for male infertility. Ayurveda has certain Herbal Capsule that increases low sperm count, raises the semen quality and quantity, stimulates speedy production of sperm, makes sperm healthy and strong, increases sperm motility, increases sperm fertility and life and cures abnormality of sperm. These capsules have to be taken twice a day with 200 ml milk. They have to be taken for a period of 8 to 15 months. These capsules increases sperm count in 45 days. It is recommended not only for those who have a low sperm count but is a tonic for human males.

Maharishi Ayurveda

Maharishi Ayurveda puts great stress on health and well being during and after conception. Ayurveda teaches how to increase fertility with diet, behaviors and herbal supplements. These issues contribute on creating truly healthy children. For both men and women, the reproductive health is dependent on the health of reproductive tissue or shukra dhatu. There are two kinds of food and herbs that enhance fertility. One is called bringhana. These foods increase shukra by raising all the seven dhatus. Vrishya foods and herbs majorly focus on shukra dhatu. Foods to provide all seven dhatus, Bringhana, is found in fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, dairy proteins like milk, lassi and panir, Mung dhal, soaked almonds, soaked walnuts, sweet juicy fruits like mangoes, peaches, plums and pears, dried fruits like dates, figs and raisins, stewed apples, urad dhal cooked with turmeric, cumin, coriander and fennel and a banana cooked in Ghee, cinnamon and cardamom. The foods to increase the reproductive tissue, Vrishya, is found in asparagus, broccoli, milk, milk-date shake, milk-mango shake, rice pudding and spices like ajwain powder, cumin and turmeric.

Fertility Program

This is a two-part program. In the first phase, cleansing is done before conception. 2 tablets twice a day of Genitrac and Elim-Tox-O are advocated. In the second phase, fertility is increased during conception. For this Vital Lady or Vital Man tablets are taken twice a day. The internal cleansing program had to be done 3 months before conceiving.
